1. Introduction: Welcome to Gaia & Terra. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Gaia & Terra, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on Gaia & Terra are the intellectual property of Gaia & Terra and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit permission.

3. Product Information: Our jewellery pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, but colours and materials may appear different based on screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment: All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location. Gaia & Terra is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during international shipping.

6. Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence for review. Before returning your item, please contact our customer care team at hello@gaiaandterra.com. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of returns. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs. We cannot be held responsible for any mislabelled returns. We aim to handle returns within 3 working days of receipt, though this may take longer during busier times. According to best practice hygiene standards, we also cannot accept returns of earrings.

7. Care Instructions: Jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals to preserve the integrity of the materials.

8. Limitation of Liability: Gaia & Terra is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our products.

9. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations. Personal data is collected only for order fulfilment and communication purposes.

10. Bespoke & Made to Order: Items Products bought from our Website that are made to order will take approximately 4-6 weeks to be produced and delivered to you. However, lead times may vary from product to product due to the availability of the materials used. Once your order has been placed, products will be placed into production almost immediately. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order, as cancellations will not be possible once products have been placed into production.

11. Amendments: Gaia & Terra reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
